In-store pickup
We don't have this item in our store right now, please allow for it to be transferred to our retail store.
If you come to pick up your order please bring photo ID, if someone else is picking it up on your behalf please contact us prior to pickup.
Delivery estimates
Once your order has been picked up by the courier please allow 2 working days for North Island addresses, for the South Island allow 3 working days. Rural deliveries and extra-large items may take several additional days.

Delivery of oversize items

Nexstar 8se
So far so good. Have only owned for 2 days so early days yet. Quality looks good. Shame i will have to spend more just to power it up. Not prepared to waste money on batteries when almost all of the reviews advise that batteries don't last long. You would think that at the price of theses items the manufacturer would at least through in a mains charger.
Great Telescope
Just like to thank Jacobs team for their non sales rhetoric, they listen to my requirements and budget and gave good tech advice. You can buy anything off the internet but you cannot get good honest advice. I love this telescope it has just open up a whole new world for me.
